As required by customer, we produce blasting devices which fulfil the special requirements for the defined application.  Blast process automation for the device type introduces great economical savings and the solution of insufficient workplaces.  Where more manual blasting devices are required with higher number of the operators, one automatic device is sufficient with one operator.

Automatic pneumatic blast device, pressure with handler and cyclone separator – for blasting of the external surface of stainless pipes with 133 mm diameter and length 1 to 4 m.

PTZ 140 I/2xC – carousel-single

VALEO I

Automatic pneumatic blast devices, suction with 2 cyclone separators for abrasives, rotary desk with 8 satellites and 4 injector blast sets – for blasting brass and cast iron disks with corundum.

PTZ 140 I/C/K10 – carousel

VALEO II

Automatic pneumatic blast devices, suction with 1 cyclone separators for abrasives, rotary desk with 30 satellites and 4 injector blast sets – for blasting steel rotors with corundum.

Manual pneumatic blast device, pressure with rotary mechanism with elevator and with air separator for abrasives – for blasting external surface of the shafts with the designed shapes up to maximum length 2500 mm, up to max. diameter 400 mm and up to max. weight 1000kg.
