Warranty and service
S.A.F. Praha spol. s r.o. provides warranty for the produced devices and supplies warranty from 12 to 24 months (depending on the device type and location) from the device handover to the user. The warranty does not relate to device parts commonly susceptible to wear (consumables) and for the defects caused by failure to observe the Maintenance and Operating Manual or caused by unprofessional handling of the delivered device.
S.A.F. Praha spol. s r.o. performs the warranty service:
- In case of a defect during the warranty period, the servicing technician of S.A.F. Praha spol. s r.o. shall visit the user within 12 to 48 hours after reporting the injury. The technician shall perform the defect specification to directly remove the defect or ensure the intervention by servicing technicians.
- The supply of all spare parts including the consumables is provided by S.A.F. Praha spol. s r.o. from the storage
- The consumable spare parts are permanently on stock
- The warranty service is performed without payment
- The payment applies to the supply of consumable parts and the repair of defects which are out of warranty.
S.A.F. Praha spol. s r.o. performs the post-warranty service:
The post-warranty service is subject to payment providing the supplier and the user signed a servicing contract.
