Description
Combined painting and drying booths with a dry separation system located either in the booths floor or in the booths walls are used for painting, leaking solvents and for subsequent drying of solvent or water-based paint materials on various metal and non-metal parts.
The electrical switchboard with the control panel is equipped with a PLC control system as standard.
Combined painting and drying booths can be equipped with fixed folding platforms, 3D platforms, under-mounted powered or non-powered conveyors, various lifting devices and non-powered or powered rail or wheeled loading cars at the customer’s request.
Furthermore, as accessories of the booths, we can offer a complete manual storage of colors in a container design (only for placing in the interior) in several dimensional variants with lighting, with extraction and with an extraction test stool for color sampling. In addition, we can offer pneumatically driven high-pressure painting equipment, spray gun washers, etc., all from reputable EU manufacturers.
Everything that “fits” into the combined painting and drying booths can be coated with paint and then dried in the booths.
