DEVICE FOR MECHANICAL IMPACTS MR 1
The device for mechanical impacts is used for testing pyrotechnical products as per ČSN EN 14035.

DESCRIPTION
Device for mechanical impacts comprises of the test desk placed in the sliding location from special plastic material. The desk stop is provided by rubber disk placed in the desk stop casing. The end of the desk rod includes the mechanism for setting the lift height. The vertical desk movement is provided by the level cam fixed on the cam shaft propelled with the motor with transmission.
The lift setting is completed in the upper part of cam dead point, the distance measuring between the stop and the contact surface of the test desk. The tested objects (pyrotechnical product) are fastened on the worktop.
The device is attached on multipurpose stand and the design complies with the resistance to explosion.
The control of the motor starting must be completed from the operating area by means of a switch or another control area, e.g. multipurpose SAF switch. The frequency setting is completed individually as required by the tests and in compliance with the operating manual and the user manual.
